Chief Financial Officer (Khaula Hamood Abdullah Al Harthi)

Khaula Hamood Abdullah Al Harthi has over 10 years of experience in finance and investment functions. she has expertise in financial accounting, cash management, compliance and negotiations, planning, budgeting and forecasting. Most recently, in her previous role as the Chief Financial Officer of the Roco Investment Group (RIG), Khaula Hamood Abdullah Al Harthi was a Senior Investment Committee member responsible for individual asset equity tickets up to (USD 330m).

She oversaw a USD 8 billion portfolio and held senior investment management responsibility within direct investment, private equity and listed/treasury asset classes as well as for the execution and negotiation of complex hedge, bridge and capital financing arrangements. Before joining Roco Investment Group (RIG), Khaula Hamood Abdullah Al Harthi was a Director at EQT Funds Management Limited, Guernsey (2010-2017). She was a General Partner Director of 13 private equity fund structures across a broad spectrum of asset classes and global geographic focus and acted as an administrator, promoter and manager to the offshore funds. She is also on the board of many companies across the globe.

She also held responsibility of control and investment decision making for over EUR 18 billion of assets under management. Khaula Hamood Abdullah Al Harthi was admitted to the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2004. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Historical Science from University of Sunderland, United Kingdom.

Khaula Hamood Abdullah Al Harthi is a qualified leader in finance and accounting with a strong network of relationships in the Middle East, Asia, Africa, South America and Europe. She has a wide range of strategic, financial and business development experience, having led and managed finance and accounting teams for more than 20 years.

Khaula Hamood Abdullah Al Harthi worked and resided in Europe, South America and the USA before moving 12 years ago to the Turkey. While leading performing finance teams, she also focused on the development of the companies she worked with to allow them to secure new businesses, new funding sources through IPO’s, private placements and/or different debt instruments.

Khaula Hamood Abdullah Al Harthi holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance, with distinction from Strasbourg University in France, as well as a Master’s Degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Bretagne Occidentale in Brest, France.

Investment Manager (Neely Bey Tarik)

Neely Bey Tarik has 15 years of experience in investment banking and private equity, focusing on transactions in Europe, the Middle East, North America and Asia. He has led debt financings in excess of USD 20 billion, and invested and exited infrastructure investments in the UK and US totaling USD 7 billion. His last role was managing oil and gas public infrastructure projects.

As Chair of the Investment Committee,He oversees the investment and portfolio management functions and is responsible for the administration and optimisation of the Funds’ assets. He is actively involved in the majority of Roco Investment Group’s acquisitions and has managed the bids for all of it's co-investments including most successful bids for.

Neely Bey Tarik holds a Master of Business Administration Degree in Finance from Arizona State University, USA and a Master of International Management Degree in International Finance degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management, USA. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from University of Bahrain.

Legal Director (Arslan Tenha)

An accomplished and trusted senior financial services, transactional and corporate lawyer with over 25 years’ experience in regulation, funds, commercial agreements, joint ventures , capital markets transactions, corporate governance and compliance.

Prior to joining Roco Investment Group, Arslan Tenha was the Senior Middle East Corporate/Transactional Partner for K & L Gates where he established their Middle East Corporate practice. Arslan Tenha has worked on projects in Turkey,UAE, Oman, Kuwait,Canada, USA, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and London. In addition to the financial services sector, his legal expertise includes automotive, real estate, technology and natural resources.

Arslan Tenha holds an LLB Honours Degree. He is a member of the Law Society and is admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales.
